2. Where do you ship?

  • Lookado London is proud to offer free shipping to all areas within the United Kingdom.
  • At the moment, we only ship within the UK, but we’re working hard to expand and bring our fashion to more places soon!

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Once you place your order, we process it within 1-3 business days. After that, delivery typically takes between 3-8 business days, meaning your total wait time will be between 4-11 business days.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 pm will be processed the next business day, so keep that in mind when placing your order.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

  • Absolutely! We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend required.
  • Enjoy the convenience of free shipping and have your order delivered straight to your door without any extra charges!

5. I made a mistake with my order. Can I change or cancel it?

  • We understand mistakes happen! Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot make changes or cancellations. However, we’re happy to accept returns within 30 days if you’ve received the wrong item or simply changed your mind. Just reach out to us, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

6. How do I return an item?

  • We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. If you’d like to return an item, it must be in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Important: If the return is due to a wrong order placed by you, the return shipping cost is on you. If there’s an issue with the product, we’ll happily assist you in the return process.

7. How can I track my order?

  • After your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Use that information to track your parcel via the carrier’s website.
  • If you’re having trouble tracking your order or haven’t received your tracking number, get in touch, and we’ll help you sort it out!

8. What is your return policy?

  • We want you to love what you ordered, but if you’re not completely happy, you can return most items within 30 days for a refund.
  • Please note that the returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility if you made a wrong order.

13. Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

14. Do you offer exchanges?

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, you can return the item and place a new order for the correct one. We make returns simple, so you won’t be without your perfect look for long!
